Not all dives are fun dives.

This past weekend was very busy. We did 2 open water refreshers, 2 open water pool check offs and 1 DRAM check off. It always amazes me how well the kids pick up the necessary skills.

Excited to announce our partnership with Dive 21. Dive 21 provides scuba education to veterans suffering from PTSD. This program will allow us to offer training/certification up to advanced level for the veteran and 1 dive buddy for the total cost of $300 per person. Diving can be so relaxing and it is our hope that it can help our veterans cope and overcome their struggles. If you are interested or know someone that may be interested please reach out to me.

We just got back from 8 days in Bonaire diving with VIP Dive Resort. Out of all of the destination dive sites I have been to, this is hands down my new favorite.

We stayed in a fully furnished apartment right around the corner from the dive shop and minutes from several dive sites.

We had access to a very nice wash station as well as a locked storage area with 24x7 access for our gear. We were able to pick up air, nitrox, or tri-mix tanks 24x7.

Our accommodations included access to a magnesium swimming pool, which we used every day to relax in since it provides stress relief and is nourishing for skin and hair.

The dive sites were full of marine life and amazing coral structures set in the crystal clear Caribbean water.

We did take a few breaks from diving and visited the pink salt pans where salt is harvested and shipped around the world, the Washington Slagbaai National Park with its beautiful beaches and snorkeling activities, and we also toured the Cadushy Distillery and learned how the locals make their liqueur from the plentiful cactus plants on the island.

We enjoyed dining with all the local fresh seafood at very reasonable prices and excellent service from the locals who make you feel right at home.

In the coming weeks, we will be starting the process of putting another trip together in 2025 for a small group. If you are interested in joining us, please message me.
