I wanted to share a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.

Yesterday, a couple who has been coming to us for quite some time stopped by. They had been homeless for a long season, and over the months we’ve gotten to know them as we helped them along their journey. Through perseverance and faith, they did all the right things—and recently reached the point where they were able to rent their own apartment!

They came in hoping to find a few supplies to help them settle in. And wouldn’t you know it—God is so good! Just moments before they arrived, someone pulled up with a truck full of donations, filled with exactly the kinds of items our clients could use.

When the wife saw what was waiting for them, she couldn’t stop crying. She said she just couldn’t believe it. God’s timing is perfect!
