The chassis was sandblasted several times. This is the final blasting before the All Metal (bondo) work was done and the epoxy primer was applied. The blast media used was glass beads, -70 mesh and smaller. This cut fairly well, did not distort the metal and left a smooth finish which was able to be filled with just primer coat application.
