3 months. It’s been 3 months of trying to process that you are gone, trying to accept never hearing your voice or your chuckle again, trying to get used to a world without your unconditional love. It’s been a sh*tty 3 months of missing you, Dad. It’s disheartening to know that will never change, I just get to miss you forever now. And yet, I appreciate each day a little more too. You always said that was important .. and then you proved it loud and clear. I was always listening Dad. I still am.
