Last week, our e-board members attended the FSU Sport Clubs banquet and FSU Weightlifting club was awarded with Sport Club of the Year. We’re so proud of the work we’ve been able to put in and are so excited to continue this during the upcoming year!

Let’s get LOUD for our last day of University Nationals!!! Our last three lifters are going to kill it today👏🏋️

We are so excited to be collaborating with Who We Play For to bring heart screening not just to our club members but anyone who would like to join! You’ll learn more about detecting underlying heart conditions and raise awareness. This screening is non-invasive and takes 5 minutes and could save someone’s life. We hope to see you all there!! Bring your friends heart health matters❤️❤️
