Join the fight against hunger by participating in Montgomery County Food Bank’s annual Outrun Hunger event, featuring a 8K & 5K Trail Run | 1K Color Dash, Presented By H-E-B. The event’s proceeds benefit Montgomery County Food Bank’s programs for children, seniors, and families facing hunger in Montgomery County.

This community-wide event offers summer fun for all ages. All event long at the Party Pavilion, you’ll enjoy music, food trucks, photo ops, a kids zone, and more. We encourage all participants to set up a fundraiser to make your impact go even further. Every dollar raised goes directly to feeding neighbors in need. The night begins with a vibrant performance by local Polynesian dance group My Hula Hut on the Main Stage, bringing the rhythms, traditions and storytelling of the islands to life through movement and music. Then, settle in under the stars as we screen the 2025 live-action Lilo & Stitch on the big screens.

Before it all begins, enjoy pre-show activities in the plazas — games, crafts and family-friendly fun that make this a full evening experience.
