A little more tea for today. If your return has to be Amended you will not check ✅ it like you would the regular way here's what you do.

There may be fraud going around with agents/ others signing people up for insurance through the marketplace without them knowing. if your return rejects asking to attached 8962 its a chance you have a form,1095A coming your way. without attaching this information it will continue to reject from the system. you may have to mail it in to the IRS. if so, there will be a wait time and i do mean a wait time....... if you have not authorized anyone to do so, please report it. call 18003182596 and let them know that your tax return has rejected asking for this form 8962 to be attached, don't let them tell you that you don't have one because the irs will not reject it if you didn't have it. it may be you or one of your dependents that may have had this insurance through the market place or the system may not have generated the form yet.... but this form is needed in order to fix the rejection...... call 18003182596 (marketplace) This has happened to a few of my clients having their return rejected and i know that they never had it. so, whatever is going on try to stay in the know of your personal business because who wants to wait nearly three months for their refund because of some error or maliscious behavior of others....................
