Flowood Police Department Investigates Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Highway 25

Flowood, MS — The Flowood Police Department responded to a vehicle crash at approximately 7:13 p.m. on Highway 25 near Jackson Preparatory School.

Preliminary investigation indicates that a motorcycle collided with the rear of traffic stopped at a red light. The motorcycle rider sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The identity of the motorcyclist is being withheld pending notification of family members.

The crash remains under investigation by the Flowood Police Department.

Owner has dog now.

Anyone missing a Boston Terrier? It has been taken to the police department. Will need to show proof and tell us what color the collar is.
