If you love coffee content, chances are you’ve seen Darien on your feed. Since 2023, she’s built a community of more than 10,000 coffee lovers by sharing her coffee journey online. When we connected, we knew a collaboration with our friends at Northshore Specialty Coffee was only a matter of time.

Together, they developed a custom Ethiopian profile designed to shine as both espresso and filter coffee. Rich chocolate sweetness leads the way, followed by a bright, tart berry finish that keeps things interesting.

Founded in 2019, Portrait Coffee is on a mission to change the face of coffee. Based in Atlanta’s West End, they’ve earned national recognition through features on Good Morning America and support from the Google Black Founders Fund, all while building a more representative coffee industry.

Triple Double comes through their partnership with Unblended Coffee, a program built on long-term relationships with young producers that creates space for experimentation, growth, and exceptional coffee.

The result is everything we love in a high-elevation Colombian natural: bright fruit, vibrant sweetness, and a cup that keeps revealing new layers.

🍦☕ Meet Burundi Turihamwe from Non-Fiction Coffee in Pelham, AL.

Turihamwe means “together” in Kirundi, and that spirit runs through the whole coffee. This washed Burundi comes from a women-led collective that’s spent the last five years dialing in truly standout coffees.

What surprised us most was the vanilla note. It’s strong, sweet, and keeps showing up cup after cup, backed by the natural brightness and sweetness we love in washed African coffees.

💜☕ Meet Colombia Andres Cardona Purple Honey from Perc Coffee Roasters in Savannah, GA.

This one takes a walk on the wild side. Andres Cardona trained under Felipe Trujillo, one of the most respected names in experimental processing, and this lot shows exactly why that matters. It was fermented for 96 hours with water and panela to reach a 15% sugar target, creating a deep, port-like sweetness you’ll need to try for yourself.

Perc is one of the South’s most recognizable specialty coffee brands, with a national following and distribution in major retailers across the country, including Whole Foods.
