I don’t care how big of a fan you are, no one expected this, 68 games into the season.😍
I know some of you will say, “we’re still in June, it’s early, don’t jinx it, bla bla bla”
but I rather be in this position than being 14 games behind.
So let’s forget the past, not worry about the future and let’s celebrate the present.
Let’s enjoy what this team has done so far this season.
In April many fans and MLB “experts” criticized how this team was put together, especially the rotation and how it wasn’t deep enough to compete in the NL East.
Well well, today we don’t hear a peep from anyone as we have the lowest ERA in the majors.
The hitting is coming around and many players are starting to break out of their slumps and getting hot.
I could only imagine how scary good this team could be when they start rolling on all cylinders.
So if you’re a METS FAN , you should be loud and proud of our team.
From what we’ve seen so far this season it’s perfectly fine to think big and dream of winning it all because so far this season, they have shown us that it’s possible to do so.
