Are you looking for an innovative MQR (Math & Quantitative Reasoning) Pathways GenEd course?

Consider Physics 8, The Science and Applications of Fractals! It's a great course for ALL students interested in exploring new topics in math and science. The course is being taught with active learning modules to make it fun and interactive. The course will engage students through 'design thinking' to make stuff in the QC Makerspace.

You don't need any background in math or physics, just a curious mind and willingness to participate and explore the world of Fractals. Don't know what those are? Fractals are objects with ever larger or smaller number of pieces, like mountains, rivers, trees, lungs, art, stock market fluctuations and so much more.

Appeals court backs Indiana U on required vaccines 08/05/2021

Vaccinations have been a requirement for attending college for a long while. Universities want to their students to be healthy and able to focus on learning, not on illness, if possible. Adding the COVID 19 vaccination to the list of required vaccinations to enroll only adds to the safety, health and security of everyone on campus. Very glad the courts see that too.

Stay safe and healthy as you prepare for the fall semester!
