Would you trust this device with your life? 🤦🏻‍♀️

This customer was referred to us, he understandably doesn’t know how this works or the program. Every customer should leave with training, knowledge of their contract, program and how the device works. The installation company gave him this filthy broken handset after his 5 hour install, it should have been 2 at the most.

This not only affects his case, but his safety and his ability to get to work. How anyone would allow this is beyond me.

Lifesafer is going to write them up, and perform an inspection of this company.

We replaced his handset, reviewed training and contract then inspected his wiring. We found open wires and wires hanging above his gas and brake pedal.

Be careful who you trust to have this much power over your life while you’re in the program.
