Being present

Do you remember the movie "Click"?

In the movie, the lead character named Michael Newman, played by Adam Sandler, acquires a magical remote control. This remote has the power to rewind and replay life, fast forward and to pause life.

Michael begins to fast forward through the things he considers boring, uncomfortable, or tedious. He replays and slows down the parts of his life that he finds pleasurable or positive.

He fast-forwarded through the time with his partner, his kids being ill or muted people them when they got loud or he chose not to listen. He replayed and focused on what was trivial and without deeper meaning.

By the end of the movie he finally understands he made a huge mistake. He missed out and everything life was gifting him. He prayed for the chance to go back and be present for all the moments in his life. "Good" or "bad".

Every experience and every moment in our lives is a gift. The kids being too loud, our significant other requesting our attention and time, caring for those who need us. Even illness and injury.

All of these beautiful moments are adding up to something amazing, magical, and Holy.

Our life is worthy of our time, and our attention. Every minute is the greatest of gifts.

Water and the Sun

Now more than ever before we are being called to drink clean water and get daily exposure to the Sun's rays.

I'll take it a step further and say that this week it is even more vital to drink water and get in the Sun.

Our water is being changed from its previous 3D form and now is holding 4D sacred geometry as well as precious memories.

Our morning Sun is decalcifying and descaling our third eye and our pineal glands, as well as sending healing, light codes and DNA activation.

These are powerful tools being given to us as aid in raising our frequency and assisting our expansions.

Raising our vibration and increasing our light is the most powerful defense we have against density, negativity and the turmoil happening in our world right now, around us.

Those of us walking the spiritual path are meant to be leaders, teachers and healers. We are meant to be warriors and way-showers.

Please stay hydrated with clean water, put your faces to the Sun, and stay centered in your heart space!
