The pilates class will build strength, improve mobility, and help you reconnect with your body. The sound bath will give your nervous system a chance to absorb all that movement and settle into deep relaxation.
It's the best of both worlds—movement followed by stillness.
Whether you're a regular at pilates or you've never stepped foot in a studio, we'd love to have you join us.

I don't know about you, but a few weeks ago, my July calendar was pretty empty. Now it is jam packed full of events, travel, kid camps, and projects.

Guess what? To enjoy a sound bath, you don't have to know anything! You don't have to know how to meditate, or how to clear your mind. You don't have to know how to relax. You don't have to know anything about sound healing. All you have to do is show up. My job is to create the space that just allows you to relax, allows you to clear your mind, and allows you to experience the magic of a sound bath.
