I am repeating a post from last year I am pretty sure but, here it goes!

Yesterday, I had the honor of sponsoring 4 youth 3 on 3 basketball teams at the Brillion 3 on 4 Basketball tournament! All of the boys played their hearts out and learned about a little different kind of basketball! The two 6th grade teams ended up playing each other for 3rd place, all leaving with some pretty heavy feet!

As a young Denmark Viking, my friends and I gre up having a sponsor, Denmark State Bank, that pretty much said, "Here is our checkbook...go have fun!" The amount of games across the sports we played because of their generosity is unfathomable! So, that was my goal when I opened my business...be the DSB of whatever community my kids grew up in. Safe to say, I have been blessed to be that!

Thank you to the youth for leaving it all on the court! Hopefully the ice cream helped ice those tired muscles from the inside!

When writing offers, please keep in mind that opening weekend of deer hunting and Thanksgiving are almost upon us! 2 holidays we love here at ACE Home Inspections! It is a time of family, food and football for us! Please keep this time of year in mind as your are writing offers and setting deadlines.

A couple things to remember:
1) 80% of the inspections are being done by 20% of the inspectors in the area. If you like and trust an inspector, chances are, there are many others that do as well!
2) It is not only the inspectors that need time to get in. Contractors are also very busy this time of year and can be difficult to get to your property to assess and estimate the repairs.

Give yourself plenty of time to best serve your client!

Another update from us hear at ACE Home Inspections regarding scheduling as you prepare to write your offers this weekend!

We are currently booking out to July 1st. Please keep that in mind when writing your offers. Also, we may have cancellations along the way. Please have your clients give us a call before you go elsewhere. Sometimes, miracles can happen and we can fit you in!
