We are excited to continue to expand our services and support in 2020 to the Mini/Supermoto scene!

We will be attending regular events at both Apex Racing Center and Adams Motorsports Park and from time to time at other mini tracks as well.

We stock Metzeler Supermoto tires in 16.5" and 17" sizes as well as the FULL line of Pirelli Road Racing and TrackDay tires.

We also stock the complete line of Chickenhawk tire warmers in all 17" tire sizes and 12" warmers can be custom ordered. (Advance notice for track delivery of tire warmers).

We will also have an assortment of Brembo and Ferodo racing brake pads on hand with us at the events to support riders.

The CRF150 pictured was built by MadLabs running Pirelli 17" 125GP SBK slicks with a custom 320mm brake rotor setup.

Welcome to the Carbon Revolution!!

FRP is proud to announce that we are now a Dymag carbon wheel dealer.

We spent 2019 testing Dymag Performance Wheels carbon wheels on a BMW S1000RR with phenomenal results. The huge reduction in rotational weight substantially improves handling and performance. Turn-ins are dramatically quicker and easier, especially at higher speeds. The reduced gyro effect makes side to side transitions much quicker and easier thru chicanes. The reduced un-sprung weight improves traction. Braking and acceleration are also optimized. Finally, tire pressures are more stable as carbon does not generate heat like metal. There is no longer the need to try to "heat up" the rims on the warmers to prevent the air pressure growth during the first track session as metal wheels get hot under riding stresses and that additional heat will increase tire pressures.

So what kind of weight savings can you expect? How about a 10lb weight savings for a Yamaha R6 wheelset!! That's 40% reduced weight compared to stock!!

2017 ZX10 wheelset 35% weight reduction compared to stock!!

Don't forget about tire weight. The outer perimeter of the rotating mass has the most impact on the gyro effect that slows transitions. Pirelli's win here also compared to the other brand with up to 2lbs of weight savings. Weight Matters!!
