I’m excited to officially announce that I will be hosting what will be the first Annual Forest Grove Neighborhood Garage Sale this summer! 🏡🛍️

The participating homes will be located throughout neighborhoods near Forest Grove High School, creating a fun and convenient community-wide garage sale experience for both sellers and shoppers alike.
This is something I’ve been planning with the goal of creating a fun community event that helps bring neighbors together while also making garage sales more convenient and successful for everyone involved.

For homeowners, this will be a great opportunity to declutter, make some extra cash, and benefit from a larger coordinated event that helps attract more shoppers to the neighborhood. For shoppers, instead of driving all over town searching for sales, you'll be able to easily visit multiple garage sales all in one area during one organized event.

My hope is that this becomes an annual tradition our community can look forward to every summer. ☀️

This year, parking for shoppers will be available at Forest Grove High School, where I’ll also have an event/info booth set up with:

• Community garage sale maps showing participating homes

• Highlighted sale features on the map that homes will have, such as kids' items, furniture, tools, food and drink stands, and more

• Water bottles for shoppers

• Tote bags to help carry items while visiting sales

I’m also excited to share that the Forest Grove Police Department will be partnering with me on this event by stopping by to hand out popsicles and stickers, connect with the community, and provide neighborhood safety information.

A huge thank you as well to Realtor Giovanna Maldonado and Forest Grove High School for partnering with me for this first year and helping support this community event.

I’m incredibly excited to see this come together and grow into something special for the Forest Grove community. My hope is that this becomes a tradition that neighbors look forward to year after year, a fun way to support one another, clear out our clutter, meet new faces, and celebrate the sense of community that makes Forest Grove so special.

Huge congratulations to our clients on closing on their very first home! Becoming first-time homeowners is such a special milestone, and I couldn’t be more excited for them.

This home is truly one of a kind, filled with so much character, greenery, and even grapevines that make it feel like your own private homestead retreat!

I wanted to make sure their closing gift felt extra special and personal to them, from a sign language doormat, to goodies for egg collecting with their chickens and new coop, a fruit picker for all the amazing trees on their property, and jam jars for any preserves they want to make. I love getting to celebrate my clients in a way that truly fits their life.
