My Passion
My name is Elizabeth and I am the owner of FreeBird Designs!
My passion of painting signs happened after I went to a sign painting workshop in Florida. My father was ill and I needed some ME time to quiet my mind. As ill as he was, he pushed me to go to that workshop. He was so proud of my finished product and actually told me I had a knack for it!
I came home from Florida with a new creative outlet! Something I could go to when I was stressed. My family has continued to help me with sign ideas and material, and of course customers.
Every sign I make, I think of my dad convincing me to go to that workshop and how thankful I am for that push. You can see his portrait in some of my photos of the signs that I have made.
