It's another New Equipment Day here at MME as we take delivery of two new machines. A Haas TL-1 for secondary lathe work and another Haas VF3 with a pallet changing system to reduce load/unload times and increase productivity. Those combined with our Haas EC400 horizontal mill with dual pallets and a 70 station turret we got earlier this year puts us at 10 total machines ready to go to work for you!

Here at Morris Manufacturing, we pride ourselves in pushing our equipment hard to reduce run times costs, as well as a quick turn lead time. Here is a part that was entered into our system only 5 business days ago, and the order will ship today. From raw stock to a finished part in under 12 minutes!

Here we are roughing the part out with a used and chipped 5/8" endmill, 1.050" depth of cut, .150" step-over, at 80 inches per minute, in 4130 Chromoly Steel, on our HAAS VF4 SS!! Coolant is turned off for the video.
