About this week. I had the pleasure to attend 6th RTB, ACS, AER opening ceremony. While in the swamps I received some life time mentoring and understanding of what Rangers go through. Thank you CSM Gunn, CSM Benge, LTC Jones and Team. Thank you to our Garrison and ACS Team for putting on a Great Kickoff Ceremony for AER!!! Lastly we had the opportunity to attend the LPD hosted by 316th CAV BDE. CSM James Light dropped some knowledge on us all from a PVT to NOM CSM level, how risk assessment can help us all. Thank You for a Great Week.

This week has been Great. We were honored to be the guest speaker at I Troop 2-16 CAV Dinning In and 1-81 AR Ball. Both these events energized me as I looked at the quality and mastery of our Instructors, Drill Sergeants and Civilians here in The Armor School and MCOE. They take Lieutenants and make them Platoon Leaders. Trainees to Soldiers and or Troopers. Thank you for all you do everyday to make our Army better.

What a Awesome week started with a hail, farewell and Holiday lunch with the Team and Families.

We also had an historical Armor Corp day this week. There were two first female 19Ks graduates of class 23-001, Master Gunner Course. SSG Elizabeth Cox TX ARNG, SGT Cinthia Ramirez 1st CAV DIV.

Finally we helped get over 1200 trainees out for Holiday Block Leave.
