Learning about our Digital Inclusion program as well as our Fort Collins Utilities Income-Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) and the Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)! Both IQAP and LEAP provide ongoing financial assistance to help reduce utility costs, and the DI program provides ongoing discounted internet service to income-qualified households.
