In a recent podcast and article by CPR, XLSOR's founding story and impact were featured through an interview with our founder, Ioannis Minas, and Bruce Talbott a key early customer of XLSOR and Orchard Manager at Talbott's Mountain Gold LLLP.

Bruce, a fifth-generation peach farmer, shares that he can tell when a peach is ready by its smell and feel, allowing him to set his “harvest dates pretty accurately, but [he] can't do it 15 or 30 days out” without XLSOR data.

The podcast highlights, "With enough Data, you can zero in on the ideal harvest time. [With XLSOR,] legacy growers have their own strategy for predicting harvest, but climate change is making each season a little trickier.”
