Preserve Fort Collins

People own cars. Cars need to be parked near residences. So, no surprise here on this abysmal failure. Developers will make money whenever and wherever they can. Sometimes this is at the expense of the surrounding community, when a builder can externalize the cost of their project’s parking on the community.

Municipal planners should be responsible by acknowledging reality (cars exist) and not blindly follow the deluded Yimby cult.
