With schools out and the holidays upon us, we thought we'd share Mr. John's top tips for making the holidays harmonious.
1. Keep a schedule ⏰
2. Keep the bedtime routine 🛌
3. Attempt to limit the SNS (Sugar and Screens) 🍨📱
4. Get out of the house! Take your children for a walk or hike. 🥾
You'll be amazed at how far these simple steps can take all of us in keeping everyone regulated and happy during the season.
