People talk about pandemic fatigue, but what I’m seeing is much more than that. People are suffering in so many ways. The common complaint I’m hearing is the ongoing stressors, with no time to process one before another hits. This level of stress, for this long, will have terrible and long lasting mental health consequences! Take care of your mental health friends!!! Take down time, disconnect from technology periodically, and be kind to yourself! 💜

Let us not be so jaded by the s**t show we are living in, that we don’t sit with the pain Ukraine is feeling! I admire and envy their patriotism!!!
