FCFDG'S 2026 Discs for Dogs Benefit @ New Belgium Brewery. Saturday, March 14th at 12pm. Proceeds benefit Big Bones Dog Rescue for vet bills, food, and toys.

Super fun, casual, and beginner friendly. Bring your friends, family, and friendly leashed four legged friends.

We are extremely excited to host our Discs for Dogs series at the world famous New Belgium Brewing Company in Fort Collins, Colorado with a fun 21-hole pop up design in the back of the brewery. Please only park in the designated parking areas west of the brewery and don't park on any neighborhood streets near the brewery.

This is a choose your own partner doubles tournament. Prizes will be given for the most fun had! Our events are beginner and casual focused so a great first disc golf event for newbies!

Fort Collins Fun Disc Golf is comprised of fun frolfung volunteers. We depend on donations and sponsors so we can host events and operate the club. Donations we receive go back to the players packs, prizes, courses, community outreach, course proposals and charities. The growth of Fort Collins Disc Golf needs you! The more volunteers we have the more we can give back to this wonderful sport and community. Peace, Love, and Disc Golf!

Dear Disc for Doggers,

Thank you for registering for our Discs for Dogs at New Belgium Brewing Company in Old Town Fort Collins. We are excited to host a fun 21-hole pop-up course behind the brewery and have been working with the fine folks at New Belgium to allow us to design a course that is not only fun, but with safety in mind. They have asked us to follow a few rules while playing at the brewery and it is important for all of us to abide by these rules. Remember, in this charity tournament the most FUN wins!

Make sure to turn in your scorecard after the round to get your drink tickets.

PARKING:

Please park on the WEST side of the brewery in designated lots or on the streets WEST of the brewery. They have asked us not to park along the sidewalk to the south or in the Buckingham neighborhood and streets that are directly south of the New Belgium patio. Please see attached course map, with parking area labeled.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in will start at 12 noon to 1pm on the main patio at New Belgium near the stage. Look for our registration table to check-in and pick up your player packs.

COURSE DESIGN:

Thank you to Danny Burdick and Jon Y for designing it! Thank you to Christa Reed for helping tweak it with the new fence.

Featuring two Mini holes. No Junior discs please. Make sure to get some practice in with your favorite mini. We will have some to give out as well!

Please stay on the designated course and do not go into the trailer area or fenced-in area.

Out of Bounds: (OB) road and fence are out of bounds. Please do not cross the barbed wire fence.

PRACTICE ROUND:

The course will be ready for a practice round at 10 or 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
Come out early and help put out a basket!

We are approved to be there for one day only. Please do not show up and try to practice before the event.

Once you finish your hole please pick up the hole sponsorship sign and bring it back to Tournament Central as well. Thanks for helping us pack it in and pack it out.

RING OF Fire/Awards/Beer tokens: if the patio is too busy with customers we will waive the Ring of fire.

The round should be over around 2:30 or 3:00.

After the round please turn in your scorecards to tournament Central on the patio by hole 21. At that time we will give you your beer tokens. Please allow a half an hour for score tallying. During that time there will be a lunch break and Ring of Fire. You must be present to win.

We have a special and challenging ‘Ring of Fire’ planned following the tournament and one that is sure to make a lasting impression on you and your partner. Do not be fooled, it will be harder to hit then you think! Mini's only!
ALCHOHOL POLICIES:

New Belgium does not allow any alcohol beyond their patio. THIS INCLUDES OUR POP-UP COURSE BEHIND THE BREWERY! You are permitted to drink on the patio and inside the brewery but please do not bring alcohol to drink while playing in Discs for Dogs.

DOG POLICIES:

Discs for Dogs is a charity tournament benefiting Big Bones Dog Rescue. We love dogs and welcome friendly dogs to join in the fun. However, all dogs need to be on a leash at all times. Please bring bags to pick up after your dog as well.

Dear Frolfers,

The roads are wet so go slow and safe. Will do 10:00ish to 10:30 check in. I'm always a couple minutes out as always. Tournament Central by hole 15. 10:45 start time.

Reminder to bring extra water, food, layers, rain jacket, shoes and socks, and fill up your gas tank. The closest gas station is about 45 minutes away.

Golden Eagle is offering half off camping at $10 for tonight. Please pay at the kiosk for that separately. As always pack it in pack it out and be mindful of wildlife. Make sure the campfire is out when the last person goes to bed.
