With over 3,000 nonprofits in Larimer County alone, it can be easy to fall into the trap of competing for resources. But at Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud, we believe we are far stronger when we work together through symbiotic relationships.

Our new Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager, Jennifer, recently teamed up with Alani from Partners (a fantastic local youth-mentoring organization) to discuss a new joint effort to cross-promote volunteer opportunities across Northern Colorado. Whether supporting local youth or homebound older adults, our ultimate goals are the same: a stronger, more connected community. By collaborating instead of competing, we can ensure that community members find the right place to give back.
