When appetite is suppressed like thisโ€ฆ
youโ€™re not actually learning how to work with your body.

Youโ€™re bypassing the very signals that are meant to guide you.

Hunger is there to tell you when you need fuel.
Fullness helps you recognize when youโ€™ve had enough.
Your energy tells you whatโ€™s working and whatโ€™s not.

Thatโ€™s how awareness is built.

But when appetite suppression turns those signals downโ€ฆ
that feedback loop gets quieter too.

So instead of learning your body,
you start relying on something external to manage it for you.

And while thatโ€™s happeningโ€ฆ
youโ€™re not building the habits or awareness
that would actually support you long-term.

Thatโ€™s where the problem shows up later.

Because at some point, something changes.

The body adapts.
The appetite suppression isnโ€™t as strongโ€ฆ
or itโ€™s no longer there at all.

And now youโ€™re back in your bodyโ€ฆ
without ever learning how to respond to it.

Thatโ€™s when people feel lost again.

Not because they didnโ€™t tryโ€ฆ

But because the process never taught them what they needed to understand.

Youโ€™re just carrying more than you were ever meant to carryโ€ฆ

Work.
Stress.
Pressure.
Expectations.
