She has influenced environmental policy around the world. It was my honor to help her feel like the best version of herself on camera.

It was an absolute honor to work with Professor Judi Wakhungu during her filming for All Access, hosted by Andy Garcia. A globally respected environmental leader, former Cabinet Secretary of Kenya, diplomat, scientist, and mentor, Professor Wakhungu’s contributions to conservation and sustainability have influenced policies and protected natural resources around the world.

As Kenya’s first woman pioneer in geology and a champion for STEM education, her accomplishments are both inspiring and humbling.

I loved our conversation discussing the potential of introducing our brand in Kenya, and creating her camera-ready look using our new RoryLee®️ Multi-Use Beauty Palette. Seeing her reaction and how much she loved the finished look was such a special moment.
It reinforced something I have always believed: makeup should never overshadow who you are, it should simply enhance your natural beauty, on camera and in everyday life.

From Vendor Booths to a Global Tribe. 💛

There was a time when events like the Women’s Impact Luncheon during Jazz in the Gardens were one of the primary ways we introduced women to RoryLee®️ Makeup.

At this event, it was an honor to be interviewed and share our brand story; not just as a makeup artist, but as the founder of a beauty brand built on the belief that Beauty Comes In All Hues®️.

Looking back reminds me how far we’ve come.

Before building our e-commerce store and growing our incredible online Tribe, these community events gave us the opportunity to meet women face-to-face, hear their stories, help them discover products that enhanced their natural beauty, and create lasting relationships with sister entrepreneurs from across the country.

Those connections became the foundation of what RoryLee®️ is today.

While our Tribe now reaches women far beyond one event or one city, our mission hasn’t changed: to help busy women feel confident, naturally beautiful, and empowered wherever life takes them.

It was an honor for me to prepare moderators and Doug Lyons, along with our longtime client, Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh, President & CEO of the Urban League of Broward County, for the televised 20th Congressional District Candidates Forum on WDFL Channel 18.


This nonpartisan voter education event created an important space for community dialogue, civic engagement, and informed decision-making. We’re always grateful to play a small role behind the scenes, helping leaders feel confident, comfortable, and camera-ready for conversations that matter.
