💙 Reunification is always worth celebrating.

The Schoen family recently cared for a sweet 1-year-old little girl for two months before she was successfully reunified with her mom. During her time in their home, she filled their days with smiles, dancing, laughter, and plenty of personality.

Like many foster care journeys, there were challenges along the way, but through it all, they stayed focused on why they foster—to provide love, safety, and support for children and families during a season of need.

Today, they are overjoyed that this little girl is back home with her mom, who worked hard toward reunification. Even more special, the families have stayed connected and continue to share updates as she grows and thrives.
