Today we’re highlighting Joanna Lamothe, our Production Manager and one of the people keeping everything moving behind the scenes once a project officially goes into production.

If you’re a Secure Window Solutions customer, there’s a very good chance Joanna has emailed you, called you, updated you on permitting, coordinated your installation schedule, worked through HOA approvals, answered questions, or helped make sure your project stayed on track from start to finish.

What most homeowners don’t see is how much coordination happens behind the scenes on every project. Permits, inspections, manufacturing updates, deliveries, scheduling crews, communication with homeowners, handling changes, and making sure all the moving pieces come together the way they should.

Joanna handles all of it while making customers feel informed, supported, and taken care of throughout the process.
