Two years ago this month, opened its doors in Florham Park, New Jersey.

A multi-specialty orthodontic practice built from the ground up, and a project we're proud to have been part of from day one.

The Smile Den is a Masserano + Align collaboration in every sense. Align Healthcare Real Estate guided the site search and lease negotiation, securing the right location and the right terms for a practice built to last. The Masserano Process then took it through design, build-out, and a seamless launch: every detail coordinated, every decision made with the long term in mind.

The result is a modern, welcoming space designed to serve patients across orthodontics and multiple specialties: exactly the vision the practice was built around.
