Calm Under Pressure 🎯
R2PC PEs Yei and Mercedez worked with A Co at Madigan Army Medical Center to deliver stress management training for Soldiers and DA civilians. The session focused on practical techniques to manage stress in both professional and personal environments, culminating in a “Top Shot” archery competition to practice staying calm and focused under pressure.
