The old trailer cooker has its glitches and is in need of upgrades, but nothing beats the smoke flavor you get from a low and slow cook with pecan and cherry wood. This cooker has traveled to many competitions, winning us first place in ribs back in the day, and feeding bands such as Def Leppard and Fleetwood Mac. I just need to learn how to weld so I can patch it up.
