Introducing our latest project — a new-construction coastal escape set on a corner lot with water on two sides and a subtle Polynesian influence woven throughout.

Designed in close collaboration with Windward Construction, this home features thoughtful architectural moments, including a sculptural staircase, woven ceiling details, and a stone-wrapped fireplace anchoring the main living area. The Lunada Bay tile in the wet bar adds beautiful texture and movement, while the natural blue wallpaper in the changing suite creates a calm, refined escape.
