Have you ever actually learned how to jump rope?... no really, have you? Most of us maybe do it a few times as a kid and then 10 years go by and we try to pick it back up again. Here’s a few rules to follow to skip rope like pro;
1.) Think Bounce > Jump
2.) Flick the Wrists (stay tight and try not to bend the knees or elbows to much)
3.) RELAX!!! Getting frustrated WILL MAKE IT TOUGHER. It takes time to build up consistency and repetitions, so be patient.
