In just two weeks after Hurricane Ian, Fowler Construction & Development and Safe Harbour established a "triage boatyard" to salvage vessels scattered throughout the county. Now, this site is set to transform into Safe Harbour’s Port Phoenix Marina, led by Fowler Construction & Development, GMA Architects, Speath Engineering, and Hans Wilson & Associates. Scheduled for completion in late 2025, the marina will feature first-in-the-US technologies and top-tier member services, showcasing Fowler's innovative recovery approach.
