We’re excited to share that Aroma Joe's Coffee is officially open in Cape Coral, and we were proud to serve as the architects behind this newest franchise location!

🏗️ Project Spotlight: St. Peter Claver Apartments 🚧

PDS Architecture is proud to be the design architect for the St. Peter Claver Apartments, a 214-unit affordable housing development in the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. redevelopment area.

Phase II is well underway, with framing progressing and exterior systems moving forward. This phase will deliver 78 additional units, continuing the project’s multi-phase buildout on the Diocese of Venice site in partnership with National Development of America.
