Love it when the crew gets together for some real scenario training! Our management motivates us to always do better. They WANT us to succeed at our career so our families can have the life they deserve. Brutal honesty, uplifting encouragement and accountability/ if you aren’t surrounded by people who give you those three things, you are not being the best you! I fail daily at being the person I strive to be. I’m not the best with time especially with Bentley ( yes, I know he’s one but this morning he decided to empty the dog bowl all over him 2 minutes before we walked out the door). I tend to make excuses, I over think and I don’t always give myself the grace I know I deserve. MORNING MOTIVATION- keep grinding, surround yourself with leaders who demand the best of you, set standards high and last but not least- give yourself some grace. You can’t build an empire over night ladies and gentlemen! ✌️ 😎 🏡 🙏 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 💰 🤩

With a week and a half to go- I was only at 8 cars. I needed 6 more cars just to hit my first bonus (14). That meant I basically had to sell a car everyday. I’m EXHAUSTED but not only did I get the first bonus- I broke my record again this month and set my self up for unit bonus! Boss man put another SPIFF out for a “Fast Money Finish”. On the 25th you had to sell 6 cars by the 31st to qualify. Luckily enough, I came out on top! Very VERY blessed to say the least! I’m surrounded by great co-workers, awesome people to learn from and management who aren’t afraid to push us. I am tired. I missed Halloween 😞- but I see the bigger picture. Money isn’t everything but at the end of the day, you either want to live without worrying about money or you don’t. I want more my family. Here’s some pictures of the last sales of the month! I hit 16 in total. My goal for September was 15- I hit 14. My goal for October was 17- I hit 16. Let’s go for 21 this time!
