Before there was a fleet, before the office had furniture, and before Roll-Off Chick was anything more than a crazy idea… there was Gary.

Four years ago, he flew all the way to Indiana to pick up my very first trucks. Little did he know he was signing up for this wild ride.

Back then, I was literally working on the floor because we didn’t even have desks. Somehow he stuck around through the chaos, the growing pains, the long days, and all the “what are we doing now?” moments.

Gary started as an employee, but he’s become family. He’s the guy who shows up, gets it done, takes care of our customers like they’re his own, and never complains (well… not too much 😆).

People see the trucks, the growth, and the success. What they don’t always see are the people behind it. Gary has been one of those people from day one.

So here’s to four years of loyalty, hard work, and putting up with me. Thanks for believing in Roll-Off Chick before there was much to believe in. I couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️
