May is National Microchip Month and to celebrate we are sharing an opportunity to microchip your pet for FREE! 🐾 🐶 St. Lucie County's Animal Safety, Services & Protection Division is offering FREE microchips for residents who reside within the unincorporated areas of St. Lucie County throughout the month of May. Residents within the city limits can participate for $10 per pet. 🐈 🐾 Appointments are REQUIRED in order to receive a microchip. Appointments can be scheduled on Thursdays through May 29, from 9 am to 4 pm. To request an appointment, participants need to provide the following information by email to [email protected] and include: • Pet owner’s name • Address • Phone number • Emergency contact name and phone number • Number and type of animals (cat or dog)
