Many fighters drop their arm right after the J-A-B… and that’s exactly when counters land. ❌🥊

👉🏾 Your shoulder is your first shield.
👉🏾 When you jab, your shoulder must rise and protect your jawline.
👉🏾 If your punch extends without shoulder alignment, you open the door to hooks and counters.
👉🏾 A clean jab is a protected jab.

Train clean. Protect yourself. And remember: the punching bag forgives, but the opponent never does.
