🌿 Wellness Wednesday: Navigating Life’s Transitions

Transitions come in many forms—new jobs, relationships, loss, children growing up, health changes, retirement, or simply entering a new season of life.

Even positive changes can create stress in the body and emotions. We may feel unsettled, anxious, resistant, or unsure of our next step.

The good news is that transitions are not just endings—they are bridges. They invite us to release what no longer serves us and embrace what God is preparing for us.

When you find yourself in a season of transition:

✨ Give yourself grace.
✨ Acknowledge what you’re leaving behind.
✨ Stay present instead of rushing ahead.
✨ Seek God’s wisdom and direction.
✨ Allow yourself time to adjust and heal.

Growth often happens in the in-between spaces. Trust the process, trust God’s timing, and remember that every transition carries the potential for transformation.
