Watching these children learn, grow, and prepare for their next chapter has been such a joy. We are so proud of each and every one of them and all they’ve accomplished this year.
God, may You bless them as they begin this new chapter and continue to guide them every step of the way ✨

What a lucky and lovely day full of learning, faith, and fun 💚
We talked about how the shamrock reminds us of the Holy Trinity. One God in three divine persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The children made the sweetest shamrock craft to help show this beautiful truth.
We also used our math brains to graph Lucky Charms and compare our results. Math is extra exciting when cereal is involved ✨
A big thank you to Miss Dar for volunteering with us today and bringing the most delicious shamrock cookies. Such a sweet surprise.
And guess what… a sneaky little leprechaun visited our classroom! He tiptoed in, spotted the trap the kids built together with blocks, and left us a note that said, “You can’t catch me XOXO” ☘️
The kids were cracking up and kept saying, “That must’ve been one crazy leprechaun!”
They loved working as a team to design their trap. Maybe next time we will outsmart him.😉
So thankful for days filled with teamwork, giggles, learning, and growing in faith together 💛

We hope everyone had a great long weekend celebrating the feast day of Saint Valentine! 💕
At preschool, we have been celebrating love all month long as part of our Fruit of the Spirit focus. Valentine’s Day gave us a meaningful opportunity to continue talking about kindness, patience, friendship, and the many ways we can show love to one another in and out of our classroom.
For our Valentine’s Day celebration, the children enjoyed a fun teamwork challenge where they worked together to move a balloon from one side of the room to the other without using their hands or arms. This activity encouraged problem-solving, cooperation, and lots of laughter as they figured out how to help one another succeed.
We also focused on building fine motor skills by stacking candy hearts into tall towers. The children practiced careful hand control, balance, and concentration as they worked to see how high they could build. Throughout the week, our classroom was busy with Valentine crafts that gave the children opportunities to be creative while celebrating friendship and love.
In addition to our activities, we shared about Saint Valentine. We talked about how he was a priest in Rome many years ago who believed strongly in the importance of love and marriage. When it became illegal for soldiers to marry, he secretly continued to perform weddings because he believed it was the right thing to do. He was eventually imprisoned for his faith and his actions. Because of his courage, faithfulness, and love for others, the Church later recognized him as a saint. His feast day reminds us that love is not just a feeling, but a choice to care for and serve others.
It has been a joyful month centered on love, kindness, and growing together. We are so grateful to share these special celebrations with your children! 💖

We would love to introduce Darlene Stammen as part of our Divine Little Ones family. Miss Dar will be volunteering with us and serving as a substitute in our classroom.
Miss Dar is a native of St. Henry and a graduate of BGSU, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and learning behavior disorders. She spent 4 years teaching in Leipsic and 30 years teaching in St. Henry before retiring in 2023. Since retiring, she has enjoyed spending her time volunteering with various organizations and staying active in her community.
When Miss Dar is not busy volunteering, she enjoys walking, reading, crafting, and building furniture with her husband. Her favorite pastime this past year has been spoiling her first grandbaby. The children have already loved having her in the classroom and often ask, “When is Miss Dar coming back?”😊
We are so grateful to have Miss Dar share her time, experience, and heart with our students. Welcome to Divine Little Ones!!!

We are so excited to share that registration emails have been sent to all families currently on our waitlist for the 2026-2027 school year. At this time, we still have a few open spots available and would love to welcome new families into our Divine Little Ones community.
If you are interested or would like more information, please email us at [email protected]
Registration Policy
At Divine Little Ones, current and returning families are given priority. This allows siblings to grow together in faith as they learn through scripture, Bible stories, Saints, prayers, and more, creating a strong and faith filled foundation.
After priority families, enrollment is offered on a first come first served basis. Children may be placed on the waitlist for any school year, so the sooner you sign up, the better. Families will be notified the year prior if their child is officially enrolled.
Thank you so much for your continued support of Divine Little Ones. We are so grateful for our families and are excited to see how God continues to work through our preschool. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. We would love to hear from you 🤍✨
We had the sweetest Christmas party celebrating Jesus in our classroom at Divine Little Ones 🤍 The children had so much fun and filled our room with so much joy this season.
We made special ornaments for Mommy and Daddy with each child’s sweet face, a red pom pom nose, and reindeer antlers. On the back is a QR code with a recording of their precious voices saying “Merry Christmas Mommy and Daddy, I love you.” We also painted salted snowflakes as another special gift, reminding us that Jesus calls us to be the salt of the earth. The children colored envelopes to hold all of their surprises.
Our day was full of Christmas fun with a Christmas scavenger hunt, marshmallow stacking, candy cane relay, reindeer toss, making magical reindeer mix, Christmas treats, and so many happy memories made throughout December.
We ended our celebration by lighting our last Advent candle and taking time to celebrate Jesus, the greatest gift of all. We hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas 🎄🤍
