The Village reserves the right to delete any postings that contain one or more of the following, without prior notice to the poster:

Personal attacks, profanity, or aggressive, threatening, or harassing behavior;

Partisan political views or views of a political organization, including political action committees;

Discriminatory, racist, offensive, obscene, inflammatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable statements, language, or content;

Comments that are clearly off-topic;

Comments that are false or misleading;

Content that advocates illegal activity;

Commercial endorsements;

Spam or postings that include links to other sites;

Content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks;

Personal information about another person, or information that violates another person’s privacy;

Content that incites arguments; or

Content that may otherwise be considered inappropriate or offensive in the sole opinion of the Village.

The Village reserves the right to block or delete offenders of this Policy without prior notice.
