🍎🍏 The Fall Apple Day Festival is next week at Fort Riley! 🍏🍎

Historically, this has been one of the biggest events on post and was canceled last year due to COVID-19 restrictions.

To keep you and your Families healthy, only those with DoD cards can attend the event during your slot of choice. Noon to 1300 is the time scheduled for all vendors and stations to reset and sanitize their areas before the next session.

We can't wait to see pictures of the event. We hope to see you all there!

#SOLDIERSPOTLIGHT: U.S. Army Pfc. Joseph Taravella is an 88M, Motor Transportation Operator, assigned to E Co, 3-1 Assault Helicopter Battalion, 1st Combat Aviation Brigade. He has been in the Army for 1½ years. His favorite vehicle to drive is the Light Medium Tactical Vehicle, which is used for transporting cargo and personnel during training operations. Taravella loves working out and staying physically active. He scored a 578 on his last ACFT! He has enjoyed making friends on MK Air Base and interacting with the NATO Allies and partners on the rotation. He loves to travel and seeing different cultures and has been grateful for the opportunity to do that here in Eastern Europe. One day, he wants to own an RV so he can travel across the United States freely. Thank you Pfc.
