I am so excited to share I just posted my first paid subscriber only post to substack! Woo! 💃

With the paid subscription, I am able to upload guided audios and visuals, which can include breathworkd, visualation meditations, movement practice, etc.

Nature Heals includes a 20 minute “guided nature walk in your ear” mediation focusing on Nature Healing.

This audio starts out with a pranayama technique called Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) one of my favorite go to breathworks! 😮‍💨
