"I am the Customer Relations Manager for Drivers Select and Direct Staffing. I feel very blessed to have my position. I love to help our clients with all of their staffing needs. My position allows me to meet new people and make new connections every day. Being an ambassador for the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce has only increased those connections.

I was born and raised in Fort Smith. I am so happy that my husband and I have decided to raise our family here. We love all of the opportunities that Fort Smith offers. The chamber does such a good job promoting Fort Smith businesses and that’s why I joined the ambassador program in December 2023.

Since joining the chamber, I have been able to attend multiple networking events. Through these events I have been able to secure new customers for our business. I have also been able to bring in a new employee. The benefits for a growing business through the ambassador program are amazing. Not to mention, all of the events are fun to attend.

Drivers Select and Direct Staffing are sister companies. Drivers Select has been in Fort Smith since 2001 and offers CDL staffing in 11 states. Direct Staffing has been here since 2021 and offers staffing solutions ranging from a one-day employee through a temporary-to-permanent status employee.
