Greenview Lawns, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team. We are a landscape company that maintains a supportive environment with a laid back family atmosphere. The ideal candidate would be an energetic and motivated individual with experience in construction estimating and project coordination. They must have strong administrative and communication skills.

Qualifications:
· Ability to read and understand plans and specifications (willing to
learn)
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Competent in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift and/or various
estimating software programs
· Need to be willing to work longer than regular hours if needed
(overtime pay would apply)

Experience:
· 2 or more years in project estimating in construction industry
preferred.
· Bidding processes; writing, issuing, and reviewing contract
documents; creating and updating schedules, and experience
dealing with clients, vendors, etc.

Responsibilities:
· Getting quotes from suppliers within a specified time frame
· Preparing bids and submitting successfully and on time
· Perform take offs quickly and accurately
· Estimate, prepare and submit changer orders
· Complete additional duties or assignments as needed
· Multi-tasking between projects

General:
Must be personable and work well with others. A good communicator capable of conveying information and instructions to others as well as understanding and accepting information and instructions from others. Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
