🔧 Water Mechanic I & II Opportunities

We are currently seeking skilled Water Mechanics for a temporary assignment with strong potential for permanent placement. This opportunity is offered through BOSS, LLC.

💰 Compensation:
• Mechanic I: $19.09/hr
• Mechanic II: $20.11/hr

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair pumps, valves, motors, and water facility systems
• Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs efficiently
• Perform welding, fabrication, and metal work
• Maintain plumbing systems, tanks, and pump stations
• Complete inspections in compliance with regulatory standards
• Support facility maintenance and respond to emergency callouts

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Mechanic I: Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Mechanic II: Minimum 3 years industrial or pump maintenance experience
• Ability to obtain required certifications (forklift, rigging, water systems, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Additional Requirements:
• Residence within 40 minutes for emergency response
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 100+ lbs)
• Willingness to work overtime and standby as needed
• Will be required to undergo and pass pre-employment screenings for mobility, lifting, and drug screen to be considered
